The estate's party trick. Direct-pressed Cabernet Franc, 48 hours cold soak, spontaneous ferment, then bottled mid-fermentation the ancestral way and left six months on lattes. No sulphur at harvest, a whisper before bottling. Cloudy, gulpable, faintly wild — the name means "in one go", and that is roughly what happens.
