Coteaux du Giennois Rouge

Pinot Noir for perfume, Gamay for bounce. Mostly destemmed, a short 10–15 day vat with a couple of délestages, then a few months in tank after malo to settle the frame without marking the fruit. A light, gluggable Loire red — the kind that empties fast at the table and takes a slight chill happily.
