A vineyard with 22 old Franconian grape varieties mixed together... that could go in any direction. But David Amling brings order to this chaos. This German Perlwein is playful, lively, and anything but boring.

Only 2 days of maceration, so it remains fresh and light. Afterwards, it spontaneously re-ferments in the bottle, which creates a soft, natural fizz.

Unfiltered, no sulfites and undegorged (0/0), so delightfully cloudy and wonderfully pure.
