Only white grapes from Avize, Oger and Avenay-Val-d’Or, 2019 harvest. Premier cru on chalk, no malo, unfined and at least 60 months on the lees. Just 951 bottles.

Lemon on the nose, then hazelnut, almond and toasted nuts. A lively attack, creamy bubbles and a mineral, almost tangy finish. Extra brut (3 g/l).
