La Belle Excuse Rosé is the pink pet-nat from Julien Rousselot in Anjou (Loire). Spontaneously fermented in bottle for a fine, natural bubble — unfiltered and undisgorged. Pale pink, juicy and lively, with red fruit and a dry finish. A thirst-quenching bottle for aperitifs or sunny terraces.
