Sauvignon on marl, alluvium and limestone — fermented and aged in barrel, bottled only after a year on the lees. A choice you rarely see in the Languedoc, and one that works well here.
White stone fruit, a wholly melted-away oak note and a mineral tension that pulls it all taut again.
The 75 cl is the 2024 vintage, the 150 cl the 2023.
