Paradoxe is a brut nature from white and black grapes in the Vallée de la Marne. Spontaneous fermentation, full malolactic, aged in stainless steel with a little old oak. Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphites.
Yeast, bread and dough on the nose; taut, energetic and chalky on the palate, with citrus and green apple. A Champagne full of tension.
