Riesling LS

LS stands for low sulphur. Healthy, firm-skinned grapes stay longer on their skins for extra grip, ferment spontaneously in old Fuder casks and rest ten months on the lees. Bottled unfiltered, with just a touch of sulphur.

Green apple, herbs and lemon meringue on the nose; fresh, tart and lively on the palate with peach and lemongrass.
