Riesling trocken

The perfect introduction to Clemens Busch. Riesling from the estate's slate slopes around Pünderich, hand-picked, a few hours on the skins, gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in steel or old Fuder casks.

Spicy and herbal on the nose, surprisingly open and round on the palate. Dry, pure and easy-drinking.
