Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, picked early at Wijndomein Vandersteene in Ghent and aged on the lees in stainless steel for a subtle brioche note. On top of that, distilled botanicals: yuzu, Szechuan pepper, rose, angelica and saffron. Fine bubbles, citrus and stone fruit, taut and refreshing.
