Blanc de Meunier

A blanc de noirs from pure meunier, grown on a north-facing clay and limestone plot. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, around 36 months on the lees, zero dosage and no added sulphites.

Stewed small red fruit, pear, apple and white flowers on the nose. Vinous and broad on the palate, with a creamy edge and a long finish. Let the bottle rest for a few weeks after delivery.
