A fine pét-nat of Mourvèdre on clay-limestone. Direct-pressed and a year on lath, keeping the bubble fine and restrained. Floral, fresh red fruit and plenty of finesse. Just 11% alcohol — a bottle two people finish easily without losing the rest of the evening.
