Papi Jean

Papi Jean is a juicy red natural wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon by Julien Rousselot at his micro-estate Des Jus et du Lien in Anjou (Loire). Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, with minimal sulfites — Rousselot's philosophy: "Always learn more to always do less." Supple, fresh and with that typical herbal finesse of Cabernet, without ever becoming heavy.
