Pinot Noir

A Pinot Noir as we like it: light, refined, yet with enough character. 3 weeks of skin contact gives it some structure, without making it heavy.

Then aged for 14 months in 2 barriques, which provides a subtle hint of wood and some extra roundness. Naturally 0/0, so nothing added, nothing removed - pure nature.

With its 12% alcohol, this is a red wine that you can safely drink slightly chilled.
